Happy New Year, Everyone!
‘Tis the season for New Year’s resolutions, for breaking those nasty old habits, and for taking care of the proverbial “to do” lists. You know…the ones that have been lingering for far too long on the sticky notes above our desks and in our self-addressed texts and emails? Surely, we’ve all got tasks to tend to this spring. For some of us, addressing business and work needs is top on our list. EyeSpy Studios, for example, has resolved to reach out more to the Missoula professional community, to Montana in general, and even to those businesses needing help with online marketing and web development, regardless of location. Yes, we’ve been in business for a while now and yes, we’ve been fortunate enough to work with some of the best and savviest businesses already – Sapphire Physical Therapy, Montana CleanTech (website coming soon…), and Tyler Pfiffer Photography, just to name a few – but we also recognize that there are so many others out there who could benefit from our services. Not to toot our own horns, but….well, ok, we’re tooting our own horns now – we SEE the benefits of improving a business’s online presence first-hand every day, so we’re committed to reaching out, even more this year, and making sure as many people as possible know that we are here to help with those pressing web marketing needs.
So if you are involved in a business or agency that you know could benefit from some “sprucing up” in the old online department – perhaps updating that website that is SO 2003, or yes – FINALLY joining the Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Google+ communities, then contact EyeSpy Studios! We are here to help you reach your New Year’s goals! So altruistic of us, no? Nah…really, we’re just pragmatists…realists, if you will. We just know it’s imperative to have a strong online presence and to interact with your respective industry communities. A company just isn’t as advanced if not communicating regularly and consistently in the digital world.
Surely many of you already know that we are a web development and marketing agency based in Missoula, Montana – the land of ice, snow, and stuck vehicles. But today, we’re going out on a limb and PERSONALLY introducing ourselves to you! We are…drum roll, please….Kara Shapiro and Elizabeth Rowe. Both of us educated at The University of Montana, Missoula; both professional “balancers” of our respective passions and that pesky old need to pay the bills (kids cost a LOT!); and both lovers of Missoula – the town that each of us has called home for many years – together, we are, frankly, a most perfect professional match.
Kara Shapiro brings to EyeSpy her professional training in website design, development, and networking. She’s the technical “know-how” within EyeSpy, with expertise in, among other areas, those perplexingly complicated “web languages” that only the best and brightest seem to have a handle on. Kara’s professional background has focused on website development and search engine optimization, while her educational training is in computer science (She also spends her “fun time” taking apart and repairing the laptops of desperate friends and family members). Kara spends the rest of her waking hours excelling as a wife, mom, knitter, rock climber, and landscaper extraordinaire.
Elizabeth Rowe oversees the sales, marketing, and communications aspect of EyeSpy Studios. With a background in political science and business administration, Elizabeth has worked for a decade in marketing and communications within various professional industries. She most enjoys the aspect of reaching out and “telling the story,” be that the EyeSpy story, or those of our awesome clients. Elizabeth is also currently working part-time on her masters degree in international relations, which she tends to in her plethora of spare time. Did we mention she’s also a mom, a cook, a keeper of a passably tidy house in which two dogs and a goldfish also reside, and an on-again, off again runner and gym patron?
So alright, then, now that you know us a little better “on paper,” how about a follow up in person? We’d love to meet you. After all, New Year’s resolutions don’t by nature need to be anxiety provoking, procrastination-inspiring conundrums, do they? Call, email, Facebook us. We can’t wait!
